My home country Turkmenistan

My name is Keya Bayramova and i am from Turkmenistan.
When i present my self, often people ask "where is it?"
Turkmenistan was part of Soviet Union and became Independend in 1991. Comparing to other countries the population is not very big.It's only 5.5 million people.
The capital city of Turkmenistan is Ashgabat.
The carrency is Turkmen manat.
Turkmenistan is bordered by Afghanistan to southeast, Iran to the south and southwest,Uzbekistan to the east and notheast, Kazakhstan to the northwest and the Caspian Sea to the west.
